Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Motherland Essentials, engaging with customers and selling our products in a lively festival setting. You will need to be proactive, sales-driven, and passionate about natural and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and manage the Motherland Essentials booth at festivals and events.
- Proactively engage with festival-goers, introducing them to our products and educating them on our brand values.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory at the booth.
- Gather customer feedback and generate leads for future sales.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets for each event.

Skills and Qualifications

- Prior experience in sales, particularly in high-traffic environments like festivals or markets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
